Making is a passion of mine and it has been the foundation for me in my career as an engineer and woodworker. Growing up in Massachusetts, the oldest of four brothers, we were very involved with sports and other activities but in our spare time you could find us making and creating…anything. From short films to amateur rockets, there was always some level of designing, building, and creating involved.

I began my engineering career in 2013 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, creating products for the mining, material transport, and hydro power industries to name a few. After five years, I joined the defense industry as a Systems, Integration, and Test Engineer. When I am not in the shop or working as an Engineer, I enjoy staying active any way I can whether it be working out or a pick up game of some sort, and enjoying a beer with friends and family.

We started Vetere Custom Woodworks as a way to express our love of design and making through furniture. We are able to combine our engineering backgrounds with our woodworking designs in order to create one of a kind functional pieces for our customers.
